Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students to inform them about Cosmoversity’s programs.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate course details.
- Maintain records of student interactions and follow up on leads.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective communication.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong persuasion and communication skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on student enrollment.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally.
